Staff Development:

Radiant Learning Staff Development Programs expose teachers to ACT biases and strategies proven to significantly increase scores. Teachers learn to diagnose the needs of the classroom and customize lessons using the Radiant analysis. The training program prepares teachers to actively participate in a school's ACT Prep initiatives and can be implemented at the department level for professional learning.

Radiant Consultants offer an array of Assessment and ACT Prep solutions drawing from years of experience designing PSAE initiatives for schools across Illinois. Effective collaboration with administrators is a key component to implementing the program best-suited for each school or district.
